The keepmoscow brand is based on personal brands of its founders.
This was taken into account while planning the content for the feed.
All visuals were designed based on the strategy. We designed the Instagram account from scratch.
What does real estate have in common with Tinder, and why is purchasing a residence in Moscow similar to playing the Minefield game?
Motion-design is one of those tools that help convey the simple truth: when you are going to purchase real estate, it’s better to be guided by an insider in this sphere.
When we took on this job, the company was just launching, and targeting was the only source of traffic. Keepmoscow offers a fresh approach to the real estate market, and therefore the goal was to stand out rather than enter this market.
The guys shared their experience with targeted advertising in their previous jobs. Requests were not very frequent and not always relevant. The brokers were really bored. The budget was melting rapidly with zero result.
We had to ensure a heavy flow of requests during the first launch weeks and maintain the stable result of advertising campaigns within a fixed budget.
We arranged photo shoots, did the motion-design and prepared for the launch so well that the brokers couldn’t believe the number of requests flowing in starting day one. Two months later, we manage to maintain the flow at the same level without increasing the CPL.
A real estate site doesn’t have to be boring. What we did for keepmoscow proves it.
